Return Errors Letter 105C

This Letter is used to deny “claims for refund”. A refund you claim on any filed return is a “claim for refund”. The usual reason the IRS gives to deny a claim for refund is that it was filed too late.

Steps for IRS Return Errors

When you file a return more than 3 years past its due date, the IRS will not give you any refunds but will simply bring your account down to -zero-. You also do not get an off-set for other taxes you may owe.

It is important to verify the reasons and the time limits for this claim for refund denial. Please follow the TaxHelpLaw Return Errors Prep Steps and set a video conference or an in-person appointment with Mr. Hopkins!
